Authenticity & Alignment Coaching
You don’t have to know exactly where to begin.
Authenticity & Alignment Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process for exploring what is present in your life, understanding yourself more deeply, and discerning what feels true for you. You bring the questions, uncertainties, possibilities—or simply the sense that something wants your attention—and we explore from there.
Should I explore?
There isn’t any one particular reason that coaching might be right for you. You may come with a specific question or challenge, or simply a sense that there is something you want to understand or explore more deeply.
You might bring questions around:
what feels important to you now
a decision or change you’re considering
places where you feel stuck, conflicted, or resistant
patterns you keep noticing in yourself or your relationships
the difference between what you think you should want and what actually feels true for you
how you want to move forward when the answer isn’t yet clear
You don’t need to know exactly what the question is before you begin. Often, discovering the real question is part of the exploration.
How can I explore?
Our coaching engagement has both a sense of direction and room for life’s adventures.
We’ll begin by identifying the larger areas of your life you want to explore and what you would like our work together to support. These give us a sense of direction without determining what every conversation needs to look like.
Each session begins with what is present for you that day. You’ll have space to talk through what is happening, and together we’ll identify what would be most valuable to explore during our time. Sometimes what you bring will connect directly to one of your larger coaching goals. Other times, something unexpected may need your attention. We make room for both.
My goal is to support the exploration - you determine where it needs to lead.
What happens in the exploration?
We begin with a conversation about what brings you to coaching.
Your first step is a complimentary consultation. We’ll talk about what is bringing you to coaching, what you’re hoping to explore, and whether coaching feels like the right kind of support for you at this time. You’ll also have an opportunity to learn more about working with me and ask any questions you may have.
If we decide to work together, I’ll recommend either a 6- or 12-session coaching engagement based on the larger areas you’d like our work to support. Each session is 90 minutes.
Your coaching experience begins before our first session.
You’ll complete several self-assessments designed to help you reflect on your current life, what matters to you, and the areas you may want to explore. The process of considering these questions is itself an opportunity to begin noticing what feels important, unsettled, or ready for your attention.
We’ll use what you notice as the starting point for our Discovery Session, the first session of your coaching engagement. Together, we’ll explore what emerged and identify the larger goals you would like our work to support.
While you’re exploring what is present, I’m also paying attention to the bigger picture.
Across our sessions, I’ll keep track of the themes, patterns, and questions that emerge, along with the larger goals we identified together. I’ll listen for connections between what you’re experiencing now and things you’ve shared before, and when I notice one, I’ll bring it into the conversation for us to explore.
I’ll ask reflective questions—and sometimes difficult ones—that invite you to look at something from another perspective or consider what may be beneath what first appears on the surface. I’ll also draw from different coaching approaches and tools when they can offer another way into what we’re exploring.
My role isn’t to tell you what your experiences mean or what you should do with what you discover. It’s to listen closely, notice what may be difficult to see when you’re in the middle of it, and offer questions, perspectives, and tools that can help you continue the exploration.
By the end of our time together, some questions may have found answers, others may have changed entirely, and new questions may emerge to carry you forward as you create a life that feels more like your own.
