The Owl’s Lantern was founded by Dr. Becky Sappington (“Dr. B”) - a Somatic Intuitive, Neuroscientist, Usui Reiki Master, and Authenticity & Alignment Coach. Specializing in distance energy work,‍ ‍Dr. B supports you with restorative practices and intuitive insights that meet you wherever you are - anywhere in the world . Through distance energy work, intuitive integration, and practical facilitation, Dr. B creates space and ease on your journey for emotional, physical and spiritual support, clarity in times of uncertainty, and a deeper connection to self and purpose.

Welcome - I am so glad you are here!

The Owl’s Lantern was born of my own journey inward towards authenticity and true alignment of purpose. As a somatic intuitive, I receive insights about the energetic state of others, the effect of these states on the physical body, and most importantly, the contributing internal and external circumstances. I learned that combining these insights with restorative practices, such as Reiki, can create ease in the present, while also “cracking the door” to illuminate the next steps for deeper resolution of issues and personal evolution.

The Owl’s Lantern is the manifestation of embracing my authentic self and answering the call to be of service to others. It is a space where intuitive guidance, energetic support, and growth converge to create clarity and ease. The experiences I offer here support you to trust your inner guidance, release resistance, and step into alignment with your higher purpose. Every energy work offering goes beyond the benefits of traditional practice to include a detailed report of the intuitive and energetic impressions I receive during your session. My gifts are strongest when performing energy work as a distance modality, which is reflected in the remote and virtual nature of these offerings.
